Dispatch and Delivery
How much is postage?
2nd Class postage is FREE. For just £1.50 extra, you can upgrade to 1st Class Royal Mail postage.
When will your order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all stock (non personalised) items same day your order is placed before 10am. Often we are able to dispatch orders placed up to around 2pm but please contact us first if something is super urgent and we will advise.
How quick will your order arrive?
Our standard shipping is by Royal Mail 48 which the Royal Mail suggest is usually a 2-3 day service although some people report receiving it the next day, others after 5 days! Our First Class option is Royal Mail 24, which Royal Mail class as a 1-2 day service with most items arriving next day. We will occasionally use a courier service for larger orders.
Why can't I login?
You are probably trying to login using your details from the old website. Sorry, but they won't work on the new one. As your password was securely encrypted, we couldn't transfer it and asking customers to register again was much simpler than trying to explain how to request and then change a password. See next question for why we have a new site.
How come the website looks very different?
Previous customers may spot that everything looks different. Just to reassure you, it is still the same company. An update to the old site made it go a little crazy and lots of item sizes disappeared. Rather than spend time troubleshooting it, we decided to launch the new site a little sooner than planned.
What is your returns policy?
You can return an item at your own expense within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that returned goods are packaged well and in the same condition as we sent them to you in. Once they have been received and checked, we will refund you using the same method you paid by.
What about Faulty/Damaged items?
It is very rare that items are damaged in the post, however, if they are, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to take a photograph showing the damaged item and the packaging so that we can submit a claim to the delivery company. We will then replace the faulty items.
Can you return Personalised Goods
Sorry no. If we have made an item specifically for you then you can not return that item to us. This does not include standard stock items such as letters/numbers/shapes etc but does include words/phrases/names that you have asked us to create as 'joined up' letters.
