2nd Class postage is FREE for all orders over £5. Remember, most products are cheaper when you buy 2 anyway, so you might find some great savings.

For just £1.75 extra, you can upgrade to 1st Class Royal Mail postage.

We aim to dispatch all stock (non personalised) items same day your order is placed before 10am. Often we are able to dispatch orders placed up to around 2pm but please contact us first if something is super urgent and we will advise.

Our standard shipping is by Royal Mail 48 which the Royal Mail suggest is usually a 2-3 day service although some people report receiving it the next day, others after 5 days!
Our First Class option is Royal Mail 24, which Royal Mail class as a 1-2 day service with most items arriving next day. We will occasionally use a courier service for larger orders.

Sorry, we no longer deliver to Ireland. We used to use ParcelMotel and it was great, however, Brexit brought an end to their business.

All our MDF products are 3mm thick. We only cut from that sheet thickness.

You can return an item at your own expense within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that returned goods are packaged well and in the same condition as we sent them to you in. Once they have been received and checked, we will refund you using the same method you paid by.

It is very rare that items are damaged in the post, however, if they are, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to take a photograph showing the damaged item and the packaging so that we can submit a claim to the delivery company. We will then replace the faulty items.

Sorry no. If we have made an item specifically for you then you can not return that item to us. This does not include standard stock items such as letters/numbers/shapes etc but does include words/phrases/names that you have asked us to create as 'joined up' letters.
